Only reason why team lost is because that map is always biased to the MEC...

HSs are easier - people run slower and always stop alot. I can just snipe from the side and BOOM HS. Even if that doesn't work I still end up with a score like 11-6 elephant

The M24 (if that was what you were using) is NOT the shittest sniper in the game, even in terms of damage. To be honest it's second best to the L9. The M95 Barret (1st unlock) has lower accuracy and equal damage to the M24. However, it has the ability to shoot through bulletproof glass, therefore killing pilots/drivers. The default snipers for the MEC and PLA are completely useless. In fact, you have more of a chance to snipe enemies with your sidearm.
